Which payment methods can I accept?
Cards, online banking and popular e-wallets, through a payment gateway we set up for you. Gateway fees are charged per transaction by the provider.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. Both Harvest plans let you add unlimited products yourself. We upload your first 15 products on Harvest Lite and 50 on Harvest Pro, and Harvest Pro comes with a store tutorial video.
How are shipping rates set?
Harvest Lite uses flat-rate shipping. Harvest Pro lets you set rates by zone or weight and connects to a courier. Either plan can offer free shipping and self-pickup.
Can you move my existing store?
Yes. Send us your current store link and your product list, and we'll rebuild it on a Harvest plan. Products beyond your plan's upload count are RM10 each.
Are there monthly fees?
There's no monthly fee from us. Domain, hosting and email are included for the first year, then renew at RM250 a year. Your payment gateway charges a small fee per transaction, and the optional care plan is RM80 a month.
Who handles the orders?
You do, and it's simple. Every new order sends you an email and a dashboard alert, and your stock updates automatically. We set everything up and show you how it works before handover.
