Why are your packages so affordable? What's the catch?
There is no catch—it’s strategic simplicity. We offer two tiers built on pre-designed, high-conversion Element templates:
- Starter Element (RM480): For clients who already have their own domain/hosting or prefer to manage it separately.
- Complete Element (RM780): A fully turnkey package that includes 1 year of hosting and a .com domain registration.
We eliminate custom design meetings and back-and-forth revisions, which drastically cuts down on our costs and your time. This allows us to guarantee a faster launch at a fixed, low price.
What is included in the Starter Element (RM480) package?
The RM480 is a one-time fee that covers the complete build service of your single-page website, including up to five content sections (folds) based on your chosen Element template (Earth, Water, Fire, or Air). It does not include the cost of your domain or hosting.
What is included in the Complete Element (RM780) package?
The RM780 is a one-time fee that covers the complete build service plus 1 year of standard hosting and 1 year of standard .com domain registration. This package is ready to go live without any extra subscription steps.
After the first year, how much will hosting and domain renewal cost?
After the initial one-year period covered by the Complete Element package, you are solely responsible for all third-party renewal fees for your domain registration and hosting subscription to keep the website active. Elemention will notify you of upcoming renewal deadlines.
How is a 48-hour launch possible?
Our process is extremely Structured. We use a simple 2-Step client checklist followed by our rapid deployment:
Step 1: Reservation & Payment (Secures your dedicated build slot).
Step 2: Content Submission (You provide all text, images, and logos via our simple Guided Web Content Form).
Step 3: Build Website (We’ll build your website within 48 hours).
- Step 4: Launch Website (You’ll receive a handover email once it’s ready).
What if I am late submitting my content?
The 48-hour guarantee is dependent on you providing all necessary content (text, images, logo) within 24 hours of receiving the Content Form. If you are late, the 48-hour guarantee becomes void, and the project timeline will be adjusted based on our schedule.
What exactly is a "fold" and what if I need more than five?
A fold is a distinct, screen-sized section (e.g., the Hero, the About section, the Contact form). Our core packages include 5 folds. If you need 6 or more, you can purchase the “Additional Page” Add-on, which covers extra sections and pages.
Does the 48 hours include weekends?
No. The 48-hour period refers to business hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM MYT. If you submit content on a Friday evening, the clock will resume on the next business day.
What if I don't have images or a logo?
We strongly recommend you provide high-quality content. However, we offer two add-ons for this:
- Basic Logo Add-on: A simple, foundational logo design. (Limited to 1 revision).
Visual & Icon Creation: Our team selects professional, royalty-free stock images and icons for your site content.
Can I add more pages later?
Yes. The base package is a single-page site. We offer an Additional Page add-on that can be purchased either at checkout or later. Please note: the additional page will be designed and built after your initial 1-page site is launched to preserve the 48-hour guarantee.
Are there any refunds if I change my mind?
All fees paid are generally non-refundable once payment is processed, as funds are immediately allocated to securing your build slot and scheduling our resources (and for the Complete package, purchasing the domain/hosting). Add-ons are also non-refundable once purchased.
What if I already have a domain and hosting?
Great! You don’t need the setup add-on. We will simply contact you securely via email/WhatsApp after purchase to get the necessary credentials to connect your existing accounts.
How do you handle my sensitive credentials (cPanel, etc.)?
We will never ask for sensitive login details (like cPanel passwords) via the Web Content Form. If you have an existing domain/hosting (Starter package), we will securely contact you via the email or WhatsApp number provided in your purchase form to coordinate the transfer of necessary access.
What happens after the 48-hour launch?
We transfer all site files and credentials to you. You own the website 100%. We provide a brief guide on basic updates. For ongoing maintenance or advanced changes, we offer monthly retainers (Add-ons).
