Elemention Terms and Conditions of Service
1. Agreement and Acceptance
By making payment for any Elemention package (including the Starter Element RM480 or the Complete Element RM780), the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). These T&Cs govern all services provided by Elemention.
2. Service Scope and Launch Timeline
2.1 The 48-Hour Launch Guarantee
a. The 48-hour build time begins only when Elemention confirms receipt of the complete Web Content Form (Step 2) and all required assets (text, images, and necessary access credentials).
b. The 48-hour clock will be paused if Elemention requires further information, clarification, or access credentials from the Client (e.g., cPanel).
c. The 48-hour period refers exclusively to business hours (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM MYT).
2.2 Website Scope
Both the Starter Element (RM480) and Complete Element (RM780) packages include a single-page scrolling website with up to five pre-designed content sections ("folds") based on the Client's chosen Element template.

3. Client Responsibilities (Content & Assets)
a. The Client must provide all requested content (text, images, logo) via the Web Content Form within 24 hours of receiving the form to adhere to the launch timeline.
b. Failure to Supply Content: If the Client fails to supply the complete content and assets within 30 days of purchase, Elemention reserves the right to terminate the agreement. All fees paid will be retained by Elemention to cover administrative costs and reserved time.
4. Access and Credentials
a. Starter Element Clients (Existing Domains): If the Client owns an existing domain and hosting, Elemention will securely contact the Client via the email or WhatsApp number provided in the Purchase Form to request necessary access credentials (including but not limited to cPanel, FTP, or Registrar login details) required for site linking and launch. The Client must not submit sensitive login details directly through the Web Content Form.
b. Delay Clause: The Client acknowledges that supplying these sensitive credentials is necessary for project completion, and any delay in providing them will result in the 48-hour clock being paused.
5. Pricing, Payments, and Renewals
5.1 Initial Pricing
a. The RM480 Starter Element Package fee is a one-time fee for the website build service only and does not include domain registration or hosting.
b. The RM780 Complete Element Package fee is a one-time fee that includes the full cost of 1 year of standard hosting and 1 year of standard .com domain registration, in addition to the setup service.
5.2 Renewals (Domain & Hosting)
a. After the initial one (1) year period of service, the client acknowledges they are solely responsible for all third-party renewal fees for their domain registration and hosting subscription to keep the website active. Elemention will notify the Client of upcoming renewal deadlines.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 General Policy
The fees paid for all packages and add-ons are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed, as funds are immediately allocated to securing the build slot and necessary licenses/services.
6.2 Non-Refundable Items
The full cost of the following items is non-refundable once the purchase is complete:

Domain Registration and Hosting fees (whether purchased as an add-on or included in the Complete Element Package), as the service period is initiated immediately upon purchase, making the service irrevocably active for 1 year.

Appointment Booking System and WhatsApp Button add-ons (Due to immediate third-party license allocation).
6.3 Partially Refundable Items
A credit or partial refund may be considered only for unused service hours if the project is cancelled before content submission. This typically includes:
7. Add-on Limitations
a. Basic Logo Add-on: This service is strictly limited to one (1) revision based on the client's initial brief. The final logo will be provided as a PNG file only.
b. Additional Page Add-on (RM300): This page will be designed and built after the initial 48-hour 1-page site is launched to meet the speed guarantee.
c. Simple Copywriting Add-on (RM60): This service is limited to editing and refinement of client-provided text to improve clarity and flow, not full content creation.
d. Basic SEO Add-on (RM60): This service covers basic SEO setup and optimization of the site's metadata (Title Tag and Meta Description) and image alt text, but does not include ongoing SEO or advanced keyword research.
